MUST notify us via TEXT (929-232-0649) at least 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel.
All DEPOSITS are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE, but we allow one-time rescheduling.
We are by appointment only.

We greatly appreciate the value of your time and the same courtesy. We have a 48-HOUR NOTICE POLICY, which gives us enough time to accommodate another client who needs it. That is why we ask for a deposit of $30 for all appointments upon booking. The amount will be deducted from the final cost.

Deposits are FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. The deposit can only be transferred once to a future appt if advanced notice is given within 48 hours. One deposit can be redeemed per appointment. All appointments booked less than 48 hours from your set time won’t allow for rescheduling or cancellation.

For all PMU appointments, an additional $50 cancellation charge will be applied. The amount will be deducted from the final cost. All deposits are “NON-REFUNDABLE.” The deposit can only be transferred if advanced notice is given within 48 hours.

TARDINESS

Please be respectful and mindful of the artist’s time. We don’t like rushing perfection or cutting into another client’s appointment time. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may be subject to rescheduling and charged an additional $50 for PMU and $20 for all other appointments as a late fee. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be considered a NO SHOW. If you are running late, please TEXT the studio at 929-232-0649 ASAP.  

NO-SHOWS

Since we are a studio that is by appointment only, we ask our clients to respect our time as much as we respect theirs. ALL CLIENTS WHO “NO-SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED THE “FULL PRICE” OF BOOKED SERVICE. If you do not show up to your PMU touchup appointment, your touchup appointment will be forfeited, along with an additional fee. For all packages, we will deduct a session if no-showed.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING

Please give us a notice at least 48 hours before your appointment. Service deposits/payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. All appointments booked less than 48 hours from your appointment time won’t allow rescheduling or cancellation. If you arrive late or if you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited; an additional deposit will be required to reschedule your future appointment. When rescheduling, the deposit is only transferable ONCE if we are given a 48-hour notice.(We only allow a One-time rescheduling) . Please be respectful of our artist’s time and schedule.

NO-SHOWS
PMU TOUCH-UPs

For full semi-permanent makeup treatments, your first touch-up is complimentary; therefore, all PMU touch-up appts cannot be rescheduled once booked. When rescheduled, there will be a $100 inconvenience fee. For eyebrows/eyeliner/lip tattoos, your touchup session must be scheduled 5-10 weeks following your first session. A touchup enhancement session is essential for the best possible results. Additional touch-ups may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with darkly pigmented skin, or those who do not follow after-care instructions properly. Scheduling a touch-up session after 10 weeks is no longer considered complementary and will incur an additional charge according to the timeline. Please check our price list for more info.

OUR TOUCH-UP SESSION IS ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR CLIENTS WHO HAD AN INITIAL SESSION AT BEAUTY ARTIST.

RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED

Cosmetic tattoo is a multiple-step process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. No guarantees will be made; however, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in less than the desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows/eyeliner to heal properly following all Pre & Post Care Instructions is crucial!

PAYMENTS

We accept Cash, Zelle, and all major Credit Cards (Visa / Master / Amex / Discover), Apply Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks and Money Order.

TAX
4.5% NYC sales tax is applied on services, and 8.875% on products.

REFUND 
All services and products are final and NON-REFUNDABLE.
